Irish Whiskey Cocktail

Although beer (especially these Irish brews) tends to rule St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, it’s always a good idea to have a simple, classic cocktail recipe on hand! This one highlights Old Tom Horan Irish Whiskey – comparable to Jameson in its sweet, slightly spiced flavor profile – but for $7 less! The addition of effervescent ginger beer and tart lime juice create a refreshing drink that you’ll want to have on hand year-round!

Blarney Stone Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Old Tom Horan Irish Whiskey
• 2 fresh limes
• Ginger Beer
• Mint Leaves

Directions:

In a shaker with ice, combine the Irish whiskey and the juice of one lime (about 1 oz of juice). Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint and wedges of lime. Cheers!
