Q: What kind of gift cards do you offer?
A: Big Red Liquors offers TWO KINDS OF GIFT CARDS:

Traditional Gift Card - available and redeemable in-store only.
Digital EGift Card - available and redeemable on-line only.

Q: What is the difference in your gift card types?
A: A TRADITIONAL Gift Card, is a physical card with gift envelope that can be purchased in any denomination and is available for purchase/redemption IN-STORE only. The DIGITAL EGift Card is purchased online, from our website or our app, takes just minutes to arrive via email, and is purchased/redeemed ONLINE ONLY.

Q: How do I purchase/redeem a traditional Big Red Gift Card?
A: Visit any of our convenient locations and purchase or redeem inside any Big Red Liquors store.

Q: How do I purchase a digital Big Red E-Gift Card?
A: Click the red “Buy Gift Cards” button above or visit this page. Click on the “Buy” tab, then choose from one of our preset amounts ($25, $50 or $100) or choose the custom option to make it any amount you’d like. Click on the “Buy” button. You will need to sign in or create an account in order to purchase.

Q: Where can a Big Red E-Gift Card be used?
A: This digital gift card is currently only redeemable through our app and website. You can either send the e-gift to yourself or directly to your recipient’s email address.

Q: When and what will my recipient receive?
A: Within minutes of completing your order, if you elect to have it sent directly to your recipient, they will receive an email from Big Red Liquors informing them of the E-Gift, the tender amount and instructions to redeem.

Q: How do I redeem my Big Red E-Gift Card?
A: Per the instructions in your notification email:

get the Big Red Liquors app or visit our website
create a customer account if you don’t already have one*
visit our buy gift cards page
click on “Redeem”
enter the code that was sent to you
click on the word “Redeem!”
When you do this your E-Gift will then be placed in your profile, immediately available for your next purchase.

*Please note that the digital gift card recipient will be required to create a customer account, including complete credit card information, even if the gift certificate covers the full amount of the order. As long as the value of the gift certificate exceeds the price of the product purchased, no charge will be made to the recipient’s credit card. Discounts do not apply to gift certificates. Unused balances of gift cards will immediately be available in the recipient’s account.
