Faraón is a dry oloroso made using the traditional oxidative aging system, from high quality Palomino Fino grapes from their own vineyards, from the Balbiana and Miraflores estates, considered the best in Jerez. Taking advantage of the natural yeasts of the vineyard, alcoholic fermentation takes place. After 6 to 12 years, the wine undergoes oxidative aging through the traditional Jerez system of soleras and criaderas.
