Pale Ruby, the nose is earthy and enticing with gentle fresh herbs (oregano, thyme), warm baking spices, baked cherry and strawberry, raspberry, and white plum. Dry and medium bodied with medium acidity and low tannins, there’s a brilliant burst of baking spices, milk chocolate, toasted marshmallow, baked mixed berries, and a hint of pastry leading to a long finish. A beautiful and complex Pinot sure to please!
