The 2019 edition of Longrow Red 11-year-old, it was initially aged for eight years in ex-bourbon casks, before being finished for three years in refill ex-Pinot Noir casks. This Campbeltown single malt has creamy aromas of rhubarb crumble, red apples, cherries and liquorice, while the palate has notes of red fruits, raspberry jam, cranberries and rich red wine, followed by a hint of smoke and tobacco leaf. The finish is creamy, smoky and sweet, with notes of raisins and a playful nuttiness.
