We've added a little something extra to our classic Java Porter, which has been a winter staple at BBC for over 20 years. Barrel-Aged Java Porter combines roasted and toasted malts to produce a creamy classic porter. Earthy European hops compliment the flavors of the dark malts, which cold brewed Brazilian coffee -- dark and medium roasts from our friends at Hopscotch Coffee -- give our Barrel-Aged Java Porter that sensuous rich flavor without any added bitterness. All of this goodness is finished for six months in freshly dumped American white oak bourbon barrels allowing the warmth of the bourbon and mellow oak flavors to permeate this fine porter.
